Flat-Fee Startup Packages are as follows (all packages include a 1-hour consultation with Andrew Cardwell to determine your unique goals and needs; other business documents can be obtained a la carte):
- Entrepreneur ($395 + state filing fee (typically $50)): Startup Operating Agreement; Obtain Federal EIN; Registration with MS Secretary of State; MS Department of Revenue Registration (if responsible for sales tax); Review of Commercial Lease or Property Purchase Agreement (if establishing a storefront or office).
- Expert ($695 + state filing fee (typically $50)): Entrepreneur Package plus Advanced Operating Agreement; Liability waivers for patrons; Customized Sales or Services Contract Template (client given rights to contract to utilize as needed); Determination and review of appropriate liability insurance policy.
- Executive ($995 + state filing fee (typically $50)): Expert Package plus Employee handbook; Non-Compete Agreements; Social Media Policy; Non Disclosure Agreement/Confidentiality Agreement.
In step with our mission to grow with your business, all business startup clients are offered hourly legal services at a discounted rate of $100.00/ per billable hour (50% off) for the first year after formation, for those unforeseen needs and issues that arise outside of the business startup process.
